By purchasing an interment right to a plot in the Lone Tree Cemetery, you agree to abide by the stated rules. These regulations repeal all previously adopted cemetery regulations. *Please be aware that these regulations change periodically. Please contact the Cemetery District Board of Directors for the most current version. Plot Liability Policy: The Lone Tree Cemetery District’s liability shall be limited to replacement with another Lone Tree Cemetery plot, at the rate of one for one, for any un-usable plot in which a burial cannot be performed, whether due to a previously mis-placed burial, an unidentified pre-existing burial, any burial not placed by the legal plot owners, their heirs or assigns, or tree root outgrowth, or any other problem which renders a particular plot un-usable for burial.
